Temu Did Not Refund My Money After I Canceled My Order Within 10 Minutes
Even though I canceled my order in 10 minutes, I still haven't received my money back. It’s been nearly 4 months. Temu keeps telling me that they’ve already refunded the amount, but when I speak to my bank’s customer service, they confirm no refund has been received. I’ve provided all the necessary details, including bank statements, but nothing has been resolved. Each time I contact Temu support, I either get the same copy-paste responses or no clear update. I feel like they’re just trying to drag this out until I give up. I want my money back. Please help me with this problem.
