Refunds On My Temu Order

I placed an order on Temu on September 15th using a spin promotion that showed a huge discount on a bench and major reductions on the rest of my items. Based on what was displayed during the spin, I understood that some items would be free or heavily discounted, and I completed my order with that expectation. However, when the payment went through, I was charged full or much higher prices than what the spin promotion had shown. The total amount I paid ended up being more than I expected by over 40 dollars. This difference does not match what was displayed to me during the promotion, and I feel misled by how the spin pricing was applied at checkout. I contacted Temu customer service, but instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly redirected and never received a clear solution. That is how I ended up here, still without any correction to the charges on my order. I request that Temu honor the original pricing shown to me in the spin promotion on September 15th and adjust my order so that the bench and other items reflect the discounts that were originally displayed. If this is not possible, I expect an appropriate refund of the overcharge that resulted from the promotion not being applied correctly.
