Delayed Delivery by MNG Cargo - Disappointing Experience with Temu Order

I placed two orders on the same day from Temu, one was shipped via MNG Cargo, and the other via WWE Cargo. While the WWE Cargo package arrived in less than two weeks, the MNG Cargo package still hasn't reached me. In fact, I don't even think it's been cleared through customs yet. I don't understand why this is happening. This is not what I expected from MNG Cargo, and I see that many others are also complaining about MNG Cargo.

MNG and Temu officials, why aren't you addressing this issue? It seems like they're backdating information. I suspect this is due to Temu's shipping policy, which requires providing shipping updates within 10 days. Delaying the process just to meet this requirement is really unacceptable.
