On September 25, 2025, while depositing money for betting on the Tempobet website under the username ismrci, I ended up losing a total of about $710. I first sent around $140 via Enpara, followed by around $570 through Yapı Kredi Bank using bank transfer.
When I requested a refund, I was told to deposit additional amounts — first $57, then $71, and later even more — each time for a different reason. I kept being asked to send more money, and despite transferring a total of $710, I never received any refund. Eventually, I was told I needed to “complete the ATM refund balance” by depositing up to $1,140, and the excuses just kept changing.
Throughout this ordeal, I contacted Tempobet’s customer service, but they kept insisting that I needed to make more payments and offered no real solution. My account is still active, yet none of the money I sent has been returned.
I demand the full refund of all the money I transferred without any further delays. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action and report this issue to the appropriate authorities for investigation.
