Telegram Number Banned Without Reason

My name is Hariram and I am from India. I am writing about an issue with my secondary mobile number, +91 7598267*** which I was using to create and use a Telegram account on my Android phone. This number has been banned on Telegram for about 3–4 months, and I do not know the reason. With this number I was only using Telegram for normal personal use and regular chats, not for any spam, bulk messaging or abusive activity. After I saw that my number was banned, I tried to get help through the in‑app Help / support section, but I did not receive any clear answer or solution and the issue is still not resolved. I kindly request that my number be reviewed and unbanned, or that I be informed clearly of the reason for the ban if there is any violation, so that I can correct it. I would like to continue using Telegram normally with this number.
