Telegram Job Scam Nightmare

Someone reached out to me on Telegram and offered to pay me 10,000 TL a month to start a group. Later, they gave me tasks that I had to do and asked me for money. I really thought it was a chance to get a job. They told me to open a cryptocurrency account because my money was there, they said. I ended up paying 132,000 TL, and I also borrowed 200,000 TL that I can't pay back. They put a hold on my account and now want another 128,000 TL. They easily pull off this scam using the Telegram app. Please help me get my money back as soon as possible. Telegram should do something to stop these kinds of scams.
