For about one year I have been using my Telegram account, which is registered with my own phone number and my own email address through Google Play. On 18.11.2025 Telegram sent me an email stating that my account had been accessed, but unfortunately I could only see this email the next day, because I was in the cardiology hospital that day for an echocardiogram and other tests. I still have the original email from Telegram and my hospital reports from that date. When I realized what had happened, I immediately wrote to Telegram support for recovery and since then I have been sending many emails every day, but I have not received any reply. In the meantime, someone else has access to my account, and I have important personal chats, photos, videos and other information in this account. I have now activated two‑step verification and added a security code on my current Telegram, but this does not solve the problem of my original account, which is still linked to my own phone number and email. I am very worried that my private information will be misused. I kindly request that my old Telegram account registered with my phone number and email be urgently recovered, my access be restored only to me, and that any unauthorized access to my data be investigated and blocked. I also request a clear response regarding my previous recovery requests, as I have been trying to reach support for days without any answer.
