Telegram Account Created With My Phone Number Without Permission

I recently discovered that a Telegram account has been created using my mobile number 7207318*** without my knowledge or permission. I first noticed this on 8 August, when I saw that this account was being used to join groups. The name showing on the account is “Soumya R***” but this is not an account that I created or authorized. I am very concerned that my phone number is being used by an unknown person and that this account could be misused for activities that may harm me or others. I kindly request that you urgently review this situation, treat this account as unauthorized, and permanently delete the Telegram account. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible to protect my personal data and prevent any further misuse of my phone number.
