My Telegram Account With +91 Number Was Hacked And I Cannot Recover Access

I have been using Telegram on my Android phone with the number starting with +91, and my account was hacked today. About two hours ago, my Telegram account was taken over, my email address linked to the account was changed without my permission, and shortly after that I was logged out by mistake. Since then, I have not been able to log back into my account. When I tried to recover my account, there was no proper recovery option available. The SMS reset option showed that I would need a Premium subscription, which means I currently have no way to regain access to my own account. This situation makes me feel very unsafe, as someone else appears to be using my account and I cannot secure it. I have already submitted a support form to Telegram, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that my hacked Telegram account, registered to my +91 number, be recovered and returned to my control as soon as possible and that any unauthorized email change and access be removed. I also request clear guidance on how I can securely recover my account without being forced to purchase any premium service for basic account recovery.
