I am writing to report that my Telegram account on my Android device has been hacked and locked, and I urgently need your assistance to recover it. About two weeks ago, my account became inaccessible and appears to be locked with another email, even though I still have full access to the original phone number that was linked to the account. I have not been able to log in since then and have not taken any other actions through support channels yet.
