I Can’t Log Into My Telegram Account After Resetting My iPhone

After resetting my iPhone, I reinstalled the Telegram app and tried to log in. However, even though my account is not logged in on any other device, the app keeps showing the message: “The code was sent to your other device.” This makes it impossible for me to receive the login code and access my account.
I believe this issue happened because my iPhone was reset while the account was still logged in. As a result, Telegram thinks I still have another device connected, even though I do not. I attempted the automatic email recovery option, but I never received any response. That is why I am writing here as well, because I urgently need a solution.
My account contains important messages that I cannot afford to lose. Being locked out without a working recovery option is unacceptable.
I request that Telegram fix this issue immediately and provide me with a way to log back into my account. Users should not be left helpless after a device reset.
