My New Teka Built-In Hob Rusted After Just One Week

On October 18, 2025, I purchased a Teka EX 70.1 5G built-in gas hob from the online store. During installation, the side silicone seals were applied unevenly and incompletely, and the rear section was mounted at an angle. The service technicians told me that the issue would “correct itself over time.”
However, only one week after installation, the center wok burner began to rust.
When I noticed these problems, I contacted Teka’s authorized service center and reported the issue, but no one has followed up with me. The product is still under warranty, but my 14-day return period has expired.
Order number: 112610037.
I am requesting that the installation errors and rusting issue be resolved immediately, and that the product be either replaced or a full refund issued. I kindly ask that my grievance be addressed as soon as possible.
