Having just purchased the Tefal Easy Fry Grill model today, I immediately encountered the E1 error without any clear explanation or solution. I was unable to find any information regarding how to fix it. Is this a significant problem? There is no solution or any information that could be of assistance to me. Not only is it extremely disheartening, but it is especially so for a brand like Tefal. I request that you provide me with assistance and a prompt response. There is an immediate need to find a solution to this problem. Either a refund or a replacement with a new product is what I would like to see happen. I am appreciative of your assistance.
