Signals Never Stop Going Off in the Tefal Easy Fry Grill & Steam 3-in-1

I got the Tefal Easy Fry Grill & Steam 3-in-1 air fryer last week. When you use the air fry or grill modes, you'll see a droplet symbol with an exclamation mark. I reached out to Tefal's live support, and they said that if you only see the droplet symbol, it's not a problem. But, if there's an exclamation mark, someone told me to clean. After I finished cleaning, someone told me to mix 200 ml of white vinegar with 600 ml of water. Even though I've been following these instructions, the warning keeps showing up. I couldn't figure it out. We need someone to explain things. If the product is broken, we should return it. We're willing to spend more for good quality, otherwise, I would have bought a 2500 TL product.
