Tefal Clipso Pressure Cooker Disappoints

I received a Tefal Clipso pressure cooker as a dowry ten years ago, but it sat unused until recently when I decided to use it for a special meal with guests. I imagined it would be ideal for cooking meat. However, it turned out to be a disaster, much to my dismay. I put the meat inside and added water, but the outcome was far from what I had hoped for. The water quickly evaporated, and the meat began to burn while the cooker was leaking water outside. I couldn't figure out what went wrong. It was a significant investment, and I chose Tefal because I thought it was a reputable brand. Nonetheless, my experience left me completely disappointed. My mother's inexpensive pressure cooker, on the other hand, works flawlessly and cooks beautifully. Tefal, I expected more from you.
