No Replacement Parts Available for My Tefal Tea Expert Deluxe's Broken Handle!
It's unbelievable! After only a year of using my Tefal Tea Expert Deluxe stainless steel tea maker, the handle snapped off. Worse, it occurred while the teapot was full of hot tea, narrowly avoiding a severe burn. I have no idea as to how Tefal could have overlooked such a critical flaw. Not only is the fact that this part is prone to quick and easy damage aggravating but so is the lack of replacement parts. With no handle, the entire tea maker is rendered useless, and I'm left wondering if I should just throw it away and buy a new one. When I bought this product, I was told it had a 5-year warranty, but it appears that a critical, accident-prone component was made from inferior and fragile materials, making it impossible to find as a spare part. As a long-time Tefal customer who trusted the company's reputation for dependability and quality, this experience has left me deeply disappointed.
