TikTok Verification Rejected - Account Balance Access Locked

I am writing regarding a problem with my TikTok account in Bulgaria, where my verification has been rejected and as a result I cannot use my balance properly. When I try to complete the ID verification in the app, TikTok shows an error screen in Bulgarian stating that the verification has failed. Because of this, when viewers send me gifts and points during live streams, I cannot convert this balance, and I also cannot top up coins in a normal way. My transaction history clearly shows my recent transactions and purchases, but despite this my verification is still refused and I remain limited in using my account balance. I have written to TikTok support many times about this issue, but they do not pay attention to my case, close my tickets and do not give me a real opportunity to verify and fix my profile. My account is very important to me because I have invested a lot of money into it, and on top of that TikTok has disabled all options such as appeal, objection and every possible way to resolve this situation from my side. With this complaint I request that my verification be reviewed again, my identity be successfully confirmed, and that I be given full access to my balance, including the use of the latest transactions and earnings in my account, as well as the restoration of all appeal and support options in my profile.
