Tefal Robot Vacuum Not Working Properly
Since December, I've been facing the same issue as depicted in the visuals. Despite showing the images to the Media Markt store where I purchased it and requesting it be taken under warranty, they insisted it was fine and refused to refund it. The product doesn't always malfunction but intermittently, after about five uses, it acts up like in the video twice. Despite leaving it at the service center and contacting the seller four times, they kept returning it, claiming it's fine. Even after contacting Tefal headquarters and sending updated videos via WhatsApp multiple times, there has been no response. They only replied once, focusing on the placement issue. Despite sending measured videos, there has been no response. Despite changing the machine's position as instructed, the same problem persists. I kindly request the authorities to address this matter.
In times of fluctuating intervals, depending on the issue, there are video recordings available. Despite showing the recordings with the problem, the service and authorized service denied the issue. Finally, communication was made with Tefal headquarters and videos were sent. They were reviewed. The problem was identified. However, my exemption and a guarantee of a definite solution to the problem were not provided. Within the warranty period, there was an opportunity for repair due to malfunction to continue the warranty, for a trial opportunity. Now, warranty replacement is requested. Rejected. Maintenance was mandatory.
