The Key Part for My Tefal Steam Iron Is On Hold for Two Months
Approximately 8-9 months ago, I purchased the Tefal brand's steam boiler iron. Unfortunately, the water tank of the iron broke due to my mistake, and I contacted the service center to place an order for a replacement. They assured me it would be available within 15 days, but it's been about 1.5-2 months, and the water tank is still not available.
The explanation given was that due to year-end reasons, the material has not yet arrived at the customs. The fact that a large brand like Tefal couldn't procure a simple part for an iron over a 2-month period has been disappointing. This experience has left me unsatisfied with the Tefal brand.
