Defective Tefal Titanium 6x Induction Pan Replacement Request

I bought the Tefal Titanium 6x Induction Base Mix Pan - 28cm from the Tefal website in Turkey. But when it arrived, the product had a bent edge, and the shipping box was not damaged. Because the packaging wasn't done properly, the items inside the big box bumped into each other and got all messed up. Another thing that could be happening is that the company is selling products that are damaged when they have promotions. It looks like they sell broken stuff for cheaper, but when customers want to exchange it, they only accept returns instead.
I don't get it - instead of swapping the faulty pan, Tefal would rather take returns, maybe hoping the customer will just accept it. When I talked to customer service, they said that I can't exchange the item, only return it. I want a replacement for my product.

The products are labeled "made in France." The products that arrive intact from France to Turkey do not arrive intact from Istanbul to Çanakkale in the box shown in the image below (unless the company sent defective products as part of a promotion). There is no response from your company to me. Silence. I find your effort to contact me in a short time strange. There is no response from the email call center and the contact line on your website. Like every customer, I want to exercise my right to exchange the product.

I returned the product on December 5th with the Tracking Code 613761340771. It has been 15 days and there is neither the product nor the money. The company just gives copy-paste responses. Tefal has become a regret from now on. Zero interest, zero attention, zero satisfaction.
