Withdrawal Request Not Received

I am writing regarding two withdrawal requests from the Namaste Teen Patti game that have still not been credited to my bank account. I used the bank transfer option to withdraw to my Union Bank of India account. The total withdrawal amount is ₹1,040 (two withdrawals of ₹520 each). The first withdrawal request was made on 14 June at around 12:19 a.m., and the second withdrawal request was made on 16 June. As of today, neither of these two withdrawals has been received in my bank account. I contacted your customer support, but I did not receive any clear or helpful response regarding the delay or the status of my withdrawals. I request that the total amount of ₹1,040 be credited to my Union Bank of India account as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear and final resolution regarding my pending withdrawals without any further delay.
