Withdrawal Not Received
I have been facing a serious problem with withdrawals on the Namaste Teen Patti game, version 1.00.221, which I use on my Android phone. My total withdrawal amount of ₹1560 has been stuck in pending status for several days and has still not been credited to my bank account. I submitted withdrawal requests on 21, 22 and 23 June, choosing the bank transfer option to my State Bank of India account ending with 1147. Despite this, none of these withdrawals have been processed, and they continue to show as “pending” on the platform. I have deposited approximately ₹1000 into my Namaste Teen Patti account, so this situation is causing me financial concern and loss of trust. My game account is registered under the user ID “User062***”. I attempted to contact customer support for assistance about these delayed withdrawals, but I have not received any response or explanation from them, and no steps have been taken to resolve the issue. I request that my total pending withdrawal amount of ₹1560 be immediately processed and credited to my State Bank of India account without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the reason for this delay and up-to-date information about the status of my withdrawals so that this problem does not repeat in the future.
