Withdrawal Money Not Received

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue between the Namaste TeenPatti application and my bank account in Delhi. On 17 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of a total of 1,040 rupees from the Namaste TeenPatti app to my bank account. Although more than 24 hours have passed, the money has still not been credited to my account. The Namaste TeenPatti customer support has not solved my problem and I have not received any clear explanation about where my money is or when it will be deposited. This situation is causing serious inconvenience and loss of trust. I request that my 1,040 rupees withdrawal either be immediately credited to my bank account or that a clear explanation be provided about the status of this transaction and the delay. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
