On March 14, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1000 from the Namaste Teen Patti app via bank transfer to my Indian Bank account. Since that date, the withdrawal has not been credited to my bank account, and inside the app it has been showing the status “already dunned” continuously. It has now been 26 days and the money is still not received in my account. I contacted Namaste Teen Patti customer service multiple times about this issue, but I only received repetitive responses and the situation has not been resolved. I request that my ₹1000 withdrawal either be processed to my Indian Bank account immediately or the amount be refunded back to my app balance without any further delay, and that I receive clear information about why this “already dunned” status has been shown for so long.
