Teen Patti Gold Shows Successful Withdrawals but My Money Never Arrived

I am writing about a serious issue I faced with Teen Patti Gold regarding a withdrawal that is marked as successful in the app but the money has not been credited to my bank account. On 13 June 2026, I made four separate withdrawals of ₹500 each, totalling ₹4000, from Teen Patti Gold to my Axis Bank account ending with 6761. In the app, these withdrawals are shown as successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. This ₹4000 is very important for me because it is the money I need for my mother’s medicines. I checked my bank account and did not receive any of these amounts, and I have not received any response from Teen Patti Gold support regarding this issue. There has been no explanation or help so far. I request that ₹4000 be immediately credited to my Axis Bank account ending with 6761, or that the transactions be urgently checked and resolved without any further delay, as this money is needed for my mother’s medical expenses.
