Teen Patti Has Not Processed My Withdrawal

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am facing with the Teen Patti app. On 16 April 2026 at around 10:15 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹520 from my account with user ID 027***. Despite the time that has passed, this ₹520 amount has still not been credited to my account. Previously, I had successfully withdrawn amounts of ₹100 and ₹520 from this app without any issues, which makes this delay unusual and worrying for me. This time, there has been no progress on the withdrawal, and I have not received any clear information about the status of my money. I have tried to reach the customer service support of Teen Patti but they are not responding to my messages, and I have not been given any explanation or time frame for resolution. I kindly request that my ₹520 withdrawal be processed and credited to me as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear explanation of the problem and a prompt refund if the withdrawal cannot be completed.
