Turbo Teen Patti Withdrawal Missing Not Credited

I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 1,400 rupees from my Turbo Teen Patti account on 29 April and again on 1 May 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account even though it has already been deducted. The relevant transaction/withdrawal reference number shown is 611916317625. Despite the amount being debited and the transaction appearing as done, the money has not reached my bank, and this situation has caused me financial inconvenience. I have tried to get support but have not received any response from Turbo Teen Patti. I request that my missing 1,400 rupees be immediately credited to my bank account or that the issue be resolved urgently in a transparent way, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
