I Face Teen Patti Cash Withdrawal Success but Money Not Received

I am writing regarding an issue with a ₹1,000 withdrawal made through the Teen Patti Clan app to my Fino Payment Bank account, which has not been credited despite showing as successful.

On April 25, 2026 at around 20:56:49, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,000 from the Teen Patti Clan app. The transaction is marked as successful, and the order ID is W2026042523264904650. The amount was supposed to be deposited into my Fino Payment Bank account (Account No: 20374683142).

However, even though the transaction status shows as successful, the ₹1,000 has still not been credited to my bank account.

I kindly request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the missing ₹1,000 be credited to my Fino Payment Bank account as soon as possible. Alternatively, I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution without any further delay.
