I have been using the Teen Patti Dhan app and over the last three days I made three withdrawal requests to my bank account, with a total amount of 1,560 Rs (520 Rs x 3). The first withdrawal request was made on 26 April 2026, and since then all three withdrawals have been continuously shown as “under process” in the application, but no money has been credited to my bank account in Noida. For the last two days I have tried to contact support through the in‑app service, but when I attempt to send screenshots it shows an error saying that the URI is empty and the HTTP request is null, so I am not able to share proof of the issue properly. Because my withdrawals are stuck and I cannot even send screenshots to support, I have completely lost trust in the app. I request that my total pending withdrawal amount of 1,560 Rs for these three transactions be processed immediately and credited to my bank account, or otherwise refunded without any further delay, and that the technical problem in the in‑app support (screenshot sending error) be resolved so that users can properly reach customer service.
