I play on an online Teen Patti–style gaming app that allows real-money deposits and withdrawals. I do not know the exact company name, but I have an in-app reference/ID number: 10053888555. I am submitting this complaint because several of my withdrawals are stuck, even though the app shows them as completed.
In February, I made three separate withdrawal requests of ₹500 each, and on March 1, I made another ₹500 withdrawal—bringing the total to ₹2,000. Inside the app, these withdrawals are marked as “done” or successful, but the money has never been credited to my account. I attempted to withdraw the funds to my usual linked account/UPI, but the amount has not been received anywhere.
I contacted the in-app support team, but I have not received any response or assistance, and my issue remains unresolved. I feel unsafe using this app when withdrawals marked as successful are not actually delivered and support does not respond.
I request that all my pending withdrawals, totaling ₹2,000, be immediately credited to my account, or that the full amount be refunded without further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of why these withdrawals were marked as successful when the funds were never received.
