I have been using the “Turbo Teen Patti Game” on the Castle app, which is also available on the Play Store, and I am facing a serious withdrawal issue. I requested four separate withdrawals of ₹500 each to my bank account on March 13, 14, 15, and 16.
While the first two withdrawals were successfully credited to my account, the last four withdrawals have been stuck in “processing” status and have not been deposited into my bank account. Despite this ongoing delay, there has been no clear update from the game or the Castle app.
I attempted to contact customer support through the app’s help section, but I did not receive any response, and I was not even able to upload screenshots properly to explain my issue.
As of today, these four withdrawals are still pending, and I have not received my ₹2,000. I request that my pending withdrawal amount of ₹2,000 be credited to my bank account without any further delay, or that I receive a clear explanation and prompt resolution regarding the status of these transactions.
