Golden Card Teen Patti Withdrawal Missing And Unfair Game Loss

I am writing regarding multiple serious problems I faced on the Golden Card Teen Patti platform. On 29/04/26, I requested a withdrawal of ₹2066 from my game balance to my Punjab National Bank (PNB) account. The amount was deducted from my Golden Card Teen Patti balance, but it has not been credited to my bank account. The withdrawal was made via bank transfer to my PNB account, and the transaction still has not reached my bank despite the deduction in the game. My game ID is Guest74887***. I also have a screenshot of the related transaction as proof. I contacted Golden Card Teen Patti support through their official Telegram, which appears to be the only support channel. However, instead of resolving the issue, they only kept asking me to share my ID again and again and have not provided any clear response or solution so far. In addition to the withdrawal problem, I faced another unfair situation while playing on the same ID. During the game, even though I had recharged my wallet and had sufficient coins to continue playing, the platform suddenly packed my ID without my permission and removed me from the game. Because of this, I lost more than ₹4000 in that game. I do not find this behavior fair, and I believe this kind of forced packing and loss of balance without the player’s action is deceptive and unacceptable. I request that the ₹2066 which was deducted from my balance but not received in my bank account be either immediately credited to my PNB account or, if that is not possible, returned to my Golden Card Teen Patti wallet. I also request that the loss of more than ₹4000 caused by the platform packing my ID without my permission be investigated and that my lost amount be compensated. Finally, I expect a clear explanation about these issues and strict action so that such unfair practices are not repeated in the future.
