Teen Patti Legend Withdrawal Successful but Money Not Received

I made a withdrawal of ₹5,000 yesterday on the Teen Patti Legend game through bank transfer. In the game, the transaction status shows as “successful,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Even though the withdrawal is marked as successful, the money has not arrived, which is causing me concern. I have not been able to contact any customer support so far, which is why I am reporting my issue here.

I request that my ₹5,000 withdrawal be urgently verified and transferred to my bank account. If the transaction has actually failed, I expect a clear explanation and an immediate refund of my money.
