I Face Teen Patti Qaeda Master Withdrawal Issue With ₹1040 Stuck

I am writing to report a serious issue with the Teen Patti Qaeda Master app. On April 1, 2026, at around 9:10 AM, I requested two withdrawals of ₹520 each from my game balance. However, both transactions got stuck, and the amounts have not been credited to my bank account.

The total amount of ₹1040 has already been deducted from my game balance, yet it is still showing as not withdrawn, and I have not received the funds in my bank account. This situation is extremely concerning, as my money is effectively stuck without any resolution.

I contacted customer support through the app regarding this issue, but I did not receive any effective solution, and my funds remain on hold. This lack of response and action is very frustrating.

I clearly demand that my stuck amount be refunded without any further delay. I request that you urgently review these two failed withdrawal transactions from April 1, 2026, at 9:10 AM and immediately return the full amount of ₹1040 to my bank account. I also ask that this issue be investigated and fixed to prevent similar problems for me and other users in the future.
