I am using the latest version of the TeamViewer app on my Android Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus phone. After the recent interface update and version change, I can no longer see my previously saved personal computer after logging in.

Every time I close and reopen the Android app, it acts as if I have never logged in and shows the “sign in” options again. The app treats me like a new user, and although I was previously able to connect without a password or additional approval, it now requires extra authorization or a password from the remote device. All necessary settings on my computer were already configured, and my account is saved on the computer. I was able to connect without any issues before the update.

This issue has been ongoing for about 4–5 months since TeamViewer was updated and switched to the new interface. I am using the free version for personal use, and I encounter the same problem every time I try to connect. Although I emailed the support team about 3–4 weeks ago, I have not received any response.

I request that TeamViewer investigate and resolve this login and device recognition issue caused by the update, restore the previous stable behavior if possible, improve the login or connection method, or provide access to a stable alternative version.
