TCL C725 TV's LED Failure,Terrible Service and Long Wait For Repair

I bought a TCL C725 TV in October 2022, however it stopped working properly on March 29, 2023 due to a faulty LED. The fact that the technical staff indicated they would ship it to Istanbul for repair demonstrates how subpar the company's services are. Before I purchased it, I was aware that the service was subpar, but I didn't anticipate that it would be quite this bad. As of the 2nd of May in the year 2023, I am still awaiting the repair of the television. I really hope that individuals who are thinking about purchasing devices from TCL take my complaint seriously. I am writing this to warn other people, therefore I would appreciate it if you wouldn't just send me an automated response. I hope it arrives before the world ends... fingers crossed.
