TCL Did Not Accept Return of My 55C745 TV With Random Brightness Changes
I received the TCL 55C745 55" 139 cm Screen Satellite Receiver 4K Ultra HD Google Smart Gaming QLED TV from Trendyol (sold by Trendyol under the TCL brand), and starting from the first week, the screen brightness began to randomly decrease and increase every second while watching TV. This issue continued intermittently. I contacted the seller through the Q&A section and was told that the technical service would handle the situation. It took about one to two weeks just to reach the technical service and make an appointment. When the technicians arrived, I explained the problem and requested either a return or replacement of the product. However, they said they couldn’t do that immediately and needed to check the issue first. They inspected the settings and claimed there was no problem, even though I clearly continued experiencing the issue. Then they asked me to send a video recording as proof. As working individuals, it’s impossible for us to keep the TV on all day and try to capture the issue—especially since it happens unpredictably. I’ve never seen or heard of such an absurd request. They expect us to interrupt our lives to monitor and film the TV. I want to return this product and will file a formal complaint with Consumer Rights. They have failed to offer us a rightful solution, and my satisfaction is absolutely zero.
