My TCL T770H Phone Was Suddenly Blocked and Stopped Working

I am using a TCL T770H phone, and today a message suddenly appeared stating that my device had been blocked. Until this message appeared, the phone was working normally, and I did not change any settings or replace the SIM card.
I do not currently have the invoice, order details, or IMEI number available to include in this complaint. I also have not yet contacted customer service or the seller regarding this issue.
Through this complaint, I request that the block on my TCL T770H device be removed and that my phone be reactivated so I can use it normally again. If the block cannot be removed immediately, I would like to receive a clear explanation of why the device was blocked and what solution will be provided to resolve this issue.
