My Tango Device Has Been Banned

I am using an Infinix X6532C phone with a Tango line, and for the last two weeks, my device has been banned from using Tango. I suddenly started receiving a “banned from device” type of restriction, and I have not been able to use my Tango line on this phone since then. I have not yet been able to get support from Tango regarding this situation. I request that my device/line be urgently checked and unblocked, or that I be given a clear explanation about why it has been banned and what can be done to resolve it. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue using my Tango line on my Infinix X6532C phone without any restrictions.
