Samsung Galaxy A70 IMEI Cloned, Device Blocked - Request For Reactivation

Two months ago, I experienced a cloned IMEI issue on my Samsung Galaxy A70. I received an SMS, and right after that message, my device was blocked from use — I could no longer use my line or my phone normally. My device is invoice-registered, and the IMEI number on the invoice matches the IMEI printed on the back cover of the phone; however, the IMEI shown in the device software is different. Despite contacting Samsung and the relevant authorities, no solution has been provided, and my device is still blocked. I request that my issue be resolved and that my Samsung Galaxy A70 be reactivated for normal use.
