Tashanwin UPI Deposit Failed and Support Didn’t Respond

On January 31, I attempted to deposit $1 into my Tashanwin account via UPI through the website, but the transaction failed and the amount was not credited to my balance. Despite the failure, the money was deducted from my account on my end. I tried contacting Tashanwin customer support regarding this failed deposit, but I have not received any response. My account balance on the site still does not reflect the $1 deposit. I request that this $1 either be refunded to my original payment method or correctly credited to my Tashanwin account as soon as possible.
