Target Canceled My Entire Garden Tool Order For "Fairness"
I just ordered some garden maintenance tools for my new home's garage. I purchased a lawnmower, a trimmer, a rake, and a shovel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive an email informing me that my order had been canceled without any explanation. I promptly reached out to customer service to address the problem, only to be informed that my order had been canceled in order to ensure equal access to these items for all customers. They mentioned that they would need to conduct a review, and it may take around 7-10 business days to determine if I can repurchase the items. This is completely unacceptable. It's even more aggravating that I got a promotional email right after, trying to tempt me into buying similar things. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and have no intention of shopping there again.
