I am a live streamer on the Tango app, and I have been experiencing a serious issue for about four days. When I start a live stream using my regular account, the broadcast automatically ends after about one minute and removes me from the stream. When the broadcast ends, no warning or error message appears—the screen simply returns to the “Start Live” button.
To make sure the issue was not caused by me, I created different accounts, tried multiple devices, and checked my Wi-Fi connection, but the result was always the same. There is no issue with my phone or my account—the problem clearly appears to be on the Tango app’s side.
This situation is causing serious financial harm, because my only source of income comes from streaming on Tango. Since my broadcasts keep ending within one minute, my viewer count drops, I cannot stream consistently, and my earnings are directly affected.
I have been communicating with the Tango support team for days. First, they asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did, but the issue was not resolved. Then they requested a video recording, which I provided. Despite this, I am only receiving responses such as “please wait, we are trying to fix it,” with no concrete solution, and the problem is still ongoing.
I am requesting that this issue be urgently identified and resolved, that any broadcast restriction or technical limitation on my account be removed, and that I be clearly and transparently informed about the cause of the problem, taking into account the financial loss and hardship I am experiencing.
