Hello, I made a purchase on Tango using my card to load Chip Balance, and while the payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, the Chip balance never appeared. My username is @prettyeleph***-79399.

I don’t understand why issues like this keep happening. We trust your platform, we spend real money, and then we’re left waiting without support when something goes wrong. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and get nothing in return.

Tango, I’m asking you to urgently review this transaction and credit the missing Chip amount to my account. If you want users to continue trusting your app, you need to fix these problems promptly and communicate clearly when things go wrong. I’m waiting for a resolution.
