Tango recently asked me to verify my identity, but at the time, my government-issued ID was lost. I couldn’t complete the verification process until I received a new one. Today, I finally got my new ID and promptly submitted it for verification. Instead of regaining access, I was shocked to find that my account was suspended.
This entire process has been unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve done everything that was asked of me. I waited patiently, followed the rules, and provided the proper documentation. Yet now, my account is locked for no valid reason, and I’m left with no explanation.
I’m requesting immediate action from Tango to review and reactivate my account. I use this platform with my device daily and expect proper handling of identity issues—not suspension after compliance.
If this situation is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate the matter further and submit a formal complaint to the Human Rights Court. I take this very seriously and demand the restoration of my account without delay.
