Tango Live Suspended My Account After Switching Devices and I Can’t Log In

My Tango Live account was suddenly suspended, and I can no longer log in—despite not violating any rules. I originally used the app on an iPhone, but after the app was removed from iOS, I switched to an Android device. Unfortunately, even on the new device, I’m still unable to access my account.
My username is [****], and I’m asking for urgent assistance to reactivate my account. I believe the suspension may have been triggered by switching between devices or platforms, which should not be grounds for banning a user—especially when no policy violations occurred.
This has caused serious inconvenience, and I’ve received no explanation or support so far. I kindly request that Tango review my account status, explain the reason for the suspension if any, and restore access immediately.
Please respond and resolve this issue quickly. I’m a genuine user and simply want to continue using the platform without unfair restrictions.
