I Face Tango App Login Block on Samsung Redmi 10 2022 Due to Failed Verification

Today, when I tried to open the Tango app on my Samsung Redmi 10 2022 device, the application suddenly closed, and I was unable to log in. Instead, I was shown a message asking me to verify my account. Even though I followed the required steps, the verification process failed repeatedly, and I could not regain access to my account.
I attempted several troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the application and restarting my device, but the problem persisted. I also tried to contact customer support for assistance, but I could not find any phone number or official support channel to reach Tango directly.
I only use the Tango app for free, but I still expect reliable service. I request that my account be reactivated, the verification issue be fixed, and that I be given full access to the app again. This needs to be resolved promptly so that users are not unfairly locked out of their accounts.
