Tango App Message Request Feature Missing On Android For 15 Days

For the past 15 days, even though I have been using the updated Tango app on my Android phone, the message request feature has not been showing. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my device, but the problem was not resolved. During this process, I also contacted the Tango support team, but I have not received any response. The issue continues to persist, and my account is registered with the email address u******@gmail.com**.

I request that the message request feature be reactivated and that proper technical support be provided to me.
