I Can’t Access Tango App on My Xiaomi Redmi 12C Due to Unjust “Device Blocked” Warning

For the past 20 days, I’ve been unable to log into the Tango app on my Xiaomi Redmi 12C smartphone. Every time I try to open the app, I receive the same message: “Your device has been blocked.” I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks—but nothing has resolved the issue.

This problem is specific to Tango. All my other apps are working perfectly fine on the same device. I’ve never had this issue before, and I haven’t made any in-app purchases or subscribed to any paid plans. I’ve only ever used the free version of the app. My Tango account is associated with the phone number 0534*66.

I am very frustrated with the lack of explanation and access. I need Tango to unblock my device and restore access to my account as soon as possible. I’m asking the Tango support team to review my account status and reactivate it immediately. This issue has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I expect it to be resolved without further delay.
