Tango Live Account Suspended Without Clear Explanation – Request for Review


I have been using my Tango Live account for about two years, and yesterday, at approximately 3:00 p.m., my account was suddenly suspended. When I first opened the app, I saw a notice stating that my account had been temporarily blocked. Shortly afterward, the message changed to "Account Suspended" with the notice, "Your account does not follow Tango Guidelines." I did not receive any email or other notification from Tango explaining the specific reason for the suspension. Just before my account was suspended, my young daughter briefly appeared on the camera by accident. I believe the system may have detected her presence and automatically suspended my account, even though this was completely unintentional and I immediately ended the situation. Prior to this incident, I had never received any warnings or been found in violation of Tango's guidelines. I respectfully request that my account be carefully reviewed and reactivated, as I did not intentionally violate any community guidelines and the suspension appears to have resulted from the brief, accidental appearance of my child on camera. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of whether this suspension is temporary or permanent, the specific reason for the decision, and the basis on which it was made. I kindly ask that my account be restored as soon as possible.
